Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via USPS. Typical delivery within the United States is 3–5 business days after shipping. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days, contact support@luxelash.com and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
