We stand behind LUXELASH with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us at support@luxelash.com and we'll refund your purchase in full — no questions asked.

To request a refund, email support@luxelash.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. You don't need to return the product for orders of a single bottle; for multi-bottle bundles, we may ask you to return unopened bottles (we'll provide a prepaid label).

Subscription orders can be paused, skipped, or canceled anytime from your account — canceling stops all future charges immediately.
